The JMU Football Alumni Club (JFAC) is a non-profit organization that connects former players, coaches, and staff. It preserves the brotherhood built through JMU Football by supporting mentorship, events, and leadership programs for current and former Dukes.
Membership is open to all former JMU football players, coaches, and team staff who wish to stay connected, give back, and contribute to the growth of the JMU Football legacy.
Simply visit our Membership page and complete the registration form. Once approved, you’ll gain access to member-only updates, events, and exclusive perks like our private alumni shop.
The Dukes Lead Program is a mentorship and leadership initiative that connects JMU football alumni with current student-athletes. It helps players prepare for life after football through career guidance, professional networking, and personal development.
You can give directly through our Donations page. Every contribution supports mentorship programs, scholarships, events, and the continued growth of the JMU alumni community.
Most JMU football alumni events — such as homecoming celebrations and community gatherings — welcome guests and supporters. However, some private mixers and mentorship sessions are reserved for registered members.
Visit our Get Involved page to sign up as a mentor, volunteer, or contributor. Once registered, our team will connect you with opportunities to guide current players or assist with upcoming events.
Real stories from Dukes who continue to lead, serve, and inspire — on and off the field.
Eric turned his JMU experience into a career at Nike, where he leads athlete training initiatives. He regularly speaks to student-athletes about resilience, career growth, and the power of staying connected.
“JMU gave me the mindset — now I’m paying it forward.”
After his time at JMU, Mike built a career in sports management and now mentors young athletes across the country. Through the Dukes Lead Program, he helps players transition from college to career with the same discipline they learned on the field.
“The brotherhood never ends. It just evolves into leadership.”
Patty, now an Alumni Relations Advisor at JMU, continues to uplift former and current Dukes by coordinating alumni mentorship events. Her work strengthens the ties that keep the JMU family united.
“Mentorship is how we pass the torch — one Duke to another.”
Your involvement keeps the legacy alive. Whether through mentoring, donations, or simply showing up at a JMU football game, every action contributes to the strength of the brotherhood.
Join us in building the next chapter of JMU football history — one connection, one event, and one generation at a time.
